Turkey Recall Can Hurt Food Banks!

In the past several months, we've experienced a host of food recalls across the country. I get asked this question a lot: "Mike, how does something like that affect Northwest Harvest? And what do you do about it?"

We are always trying to come up with alternatives whenever a recall happens. You may have seen the recent news about the rising cost of peanut butter, one of the staple items our statewide network of food banks depends on.
